Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from So Much Cuteness! If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please take a moment to review our return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Period:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at, contactus@somuchcuteness.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label.
- Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
5. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return or confirm of return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be done within 24 hours. After 24 hours there is no guarantee for a cancellation. If a cancellation is not possible then the purchaser will have to wait for the item to arrive and then inquire for a return/refund.
7. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
8. Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are non-returnable: Face masks.
9. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
10. Additional Notes:
- Please ensure that all returned items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

- If the item is damaged/defective, pictures/video will need to be provided.
